Molecular Separation

Our proprietary nanotechnology, alters ceramic membranes and changes their molecular structure. This process optimally alters the composition of each membrane at the molecular level to repel organics: bacteria, hydrocarbons, and other toxic materials found in both flow back and produced water or other Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) fluids.

Effluent water is fed through a collection of organiphobic altered ceramic membranes. Membranes extract organics, toxin, and hydrocarbons. Ceramic membranes do not require regular maintenance. There is no requirement to backwash. Low Maintenance and long replacement cycles.
